Small Group Classes

Small group training provides a cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working closely with a personal trainer, while also enjoying the social aspect of getting fit. Many clients find that working out with a friend makes the session more fun and interactive. Studies have shown that group exercise unleashes twice as many endorphins as working out alone.
