I begin a training program by getting to know you and helping you identify your key objectives. I then creates a program targeted at helping you to achieve and maintain your goals. One-on-One personal training is all about YOU! I will work with you at your own personal fitness level, instructing you in proper technique and implementation of the program, adjusting the exercises according to your progress, monitoring your fitness, and maintaining your motivation by encouraging you along the way. I will help you to realize that getting fit can be fun and healthy!
