Prenatal Fitness
Enjoy the many benefits of exercising through your pregnancy! Connect with other moms-to-be in your community while reducing prenatal discomforts like lower back ache, fatigue and swelling. I will lead you through pregnancy-safe cardiovascular exercise, functional strength training, flexibility and relaxation. |
Postnatal Fitness
This one-on-one, baby-friendly session allows Mom to get a great workout and attend to baby’s needs at any time. Each class provides a full-body workout: cardio, muscular endurance, postnatal-specific core work and flexibility. Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, less aches and pains, and a stronger core. Women should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for Caesarean section). All fitness levels are welcome. While babies are present, this course will focus on mothers first. |
Couples Fitness
Keeping your body healthy takes work. Keeping your relationship healthy also requires effort. Why not combine the two and make your next date night an evening at the gym! You can spend time together, to ensure that your body and your relationship stays strong and healthy, while you workout. Sounds like a win-win. |
One-on-One Training
I begin a training program by getting to know you and helping you identify your key objectives. I then creates a program targeted at helping you to achieve and maintain your goals. One-on-One personal training is all about YOU! I will work with you at your own personal fitness level, instructing you in proper technique and implementation of the program, adjusting the exercises according to your progress, monitoring your fitness, and maintaining your motivation by encouraging you along the way. She helps you to realize that getting fit can be fun and healthy! |
Small Group Classes
Small group training provides a cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working closely with a personal trainer, while also enjoying the social aspect of getting fit. Many clients find that working out with a friend makes the session more fun and interactive. Studies have shown that group exercise unleashes twice as many endorphins as working out alone. Mature/Senior Fitness
I created a targeted progressive exercise program specific to mature clients, which improves body conditioning while helping to prevent chronic diseases. I offer this to individuals or small groups. The multi-faceted benefits of age-appropriate physical activity include: improved sleep quality, disease prevention, combating depression, greater brain functionality, weight reduction, better balance, and an improved circulatory system.

This workout allows you to take some time each week to connect with your body and your baby, by working out together. Focus will be on relieving stress, regaining strength, and enjoying time with your child. Done in small groups, you can connect with other new moms at the same time. You and your baby will enjoy the benefits of Mother-and-Child fitness, as you assist each other through a variety of exercises. These classes are for pre-mobile babies. |
